4-burner gas stove on static gas oven. Sides, bottom and back in stainless steel. Molded top of AISI 304 stainless steel 20/10 thick; provision for head union. Enameled cast-iron rear chimney. Gas supply by safety-valved taps with thermocouple and pilot burner, for automatic ignition of burners. Top with hygienic radiused corners equipped with thick, acid-resistant enameled cast-iron grates. Appliance equipped with two cast iron/brass rapid burners, hermetically fixed to the top, nr.3 burners of 6 kW and nr.1 burner of 3.5 kW. (Available powers per burner: 3.5 kW, 6 kW). GN 2/1 gas oven with thermostatic valve for temperature control from 50°C to 300°C. Stabilized flame burner with piezo ignition complete with pilot flame and safety thermocouple. Stainless steel baking chamber. Stainless steel oven door with labyrinth seal. Oven power 8 kW. Labyrinth-sealed control knobs preventing water penetration inside during cleaning operations. Equipment equipped with height-adjustable stainless steel feet. Molded door with ergonomic handle. IPX4 degree of protection. Gas power supply total power 29.5 kW.
